Changes & Returns

Order changes

Up until an order has been shipped, we can amend the included parts.
This includes, but isn't limited to: Adding/removing individual parts, or just swapping a plate.
For this, it's best to send in a ticket or email, and we will assist as able.

Order cancellation

In case your situation or plans change, order cancellation is possible up until order shipping.
For standard parts, time since order placement plays no role in this, and you are not required to provide a reason.

The full amount will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
Fees and such charged directly by the payment provider are outside of our control.
Note: In case of custom parts/additions, it will depend on the item and production status.
If production of fully custom items has been (partially) completed, the refundable amount will be limited.

Bitcoin & Crypto

Due to system limitations, we cannot refund via Bitcoin or crypto at this time.
Where applicable, we will request an alternate account instead.
Custom orders and additions are likewise not doable via crypto.

Returns

EU/Global Store

Should the order, or part thereof, end up not suiting your needs, returns are generally possible. Return requests up to 14 days after order receipt don't require a reason.
Beyond that, it goes on a case-by-case basis.

In case the received parts are correct as ordered, the return shipping is for the customer to cover.
Local drop-off is possible, though it requires coordination with our shipping team.

Once received and validated, the relevant amount is refunded.
As with cancellations, this is done via the original payment method, where possible.
A full RMA sees the original shipping refunded, partial RMA's only see the item(s) in question refunded.

US Store

If a return is approved, only the cost of the product itself may be eligible for a refund, subject to our return conditions.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any other import or handling charges for completed orders will not be refunded under any circumstances.

For unshipped items of partially completed orders, standard cancellation rules apply.
