Custom Products

Custom order inquiries are on hold until early November.

This includes custom profiles, components, modular parts, custom mounting plates, custom embroidered chairs, parts, and so on.

Already active requests will still be completed as soon as possible.


We are working to finalise our new website in the coming weeks, which gives us little time to focus on custom orders inquiries.

Customisation

We do most of the final production, processing, and packaging in-house.
As a result, we can supply custom kits, as well as individual profiles/parts.

For a custom order, we mainly need a clear picture of what you want included.
Submitting sketches, photos, excerpts from the manual(s), or simply a description in plain text can all be viable.
For example, 'the sliding portion of the MTS Wheel kit in Black, Flat plate'.


Custom plates are technically possible as well.
Note that this does usually come with extra design and production fees.
In case you can supply the suitable design files with all the relevant information, only production fees apply.


Customised MFC's/MPS's are likewise possible, though limits and/or extra fees may apply.

Options include:

  • Backrest without headrest

  • Logo exclusion / custom logo(s)

  • Different Upholstery + lambskin combos (e.g.: Black Cordura + dark lambskin)

  • Custom upholstery (preferably supplied by customer, limitations may apply)

  • Custom cutout size (size limitations apply)


Lead time

Initial setup/design:
This can take between a few days and several weeks, depending on the complexity of the request.
Note that general message backlogs may also delay things.


Production:
In case of entirely standard parts (e.g., partial kit) or a few profiles, usually no more than a week.

Larger orders tend to be completed in ~1-2 weeks, given all parts are in stock.

Custom plates take between 1 and 3 months, depending on the material and process type.

Custom chairs and seats generally take 4 to 6 weeks.
Further details will depend on the active production and component backlogs, if present.
Note that Haptic versions often take a bit longer, due to the extra production steps and parts required.


Shipping:
Unless there is an external issue, standard shipping times apply:
1-4 days within Germany, usually 2-7 days for other destinations.
