Troubleshooting

No hardware included

The required bolts come pre-inserted in the seat pan and backrest bracket.

For Haptic versions, the extra hardware is included in the extra boxes with Haptic-related items.

Seat pan doesn't move

Double-check the 2 front bolts.
These should only go through the portion closest to the seat pan.
If they are installed through both, it will jam the slide.




Armrest gets wobbly or loose

Tighten the screw on the armrests attachment bracket under the seat pan, whilst holding the adjusting grip in place.
