## Troubleshooting

### No hardware included

The required bolts come pre-inserted in the seat pan and backrest bracket.

For Haptic versions, the extra hardware is included in the extra boxes with Haptic-related items.

In case the related parts are actually absent, please @[https://docs.monster.tech/s/manuals/doc/contact-dSKwxWOiaX](https://docs.monster.tech/s/manuals/doc/contact-dSKwxWOiaX) us with the related details.

### **Seat pan doesn't move**

Double-check the 2 front bolts.
These should only go through the portion closest to the seat pan.
If they are installed through both, it will jam the slide.

### **Armrest gets wobbly or loose**

Tighten the screw on the armrests attachment bracket under the seat pan, whilst holding the adjusting grip in place.
