WINCTRL Orion 2 F-16 throttle Sidewall

Overview

The WC Orion is normally mounted in the same manner as the TM Warthog, and uses the same plate.
With the addition of the F16 sidewall, however, these bolts have to come in from below instead.

Installation

  1. Pre-assemble the sidewall portion, with the bottom profiles as level as possible

  2. Place throttle on MT plate

    1. Depending on your setup, it might be easier to mount the throttle plate onto the related profile first.

  3. Insert M4x16 bolts + 2 washers ea from below (or 1 washer on top of the throttle’s base plate)

  4. Loosely thread on the hex nuts

  5. Slide the sidewall onto the hex nuts

  6. Tighten and adjust as needed




Troubleshooting

If the bolts are too long, they can bottom out in the sidewall profiles.
You either have to use shorter bolts, or add washers between the throttle plate and bolt heads.
